The Crybaby Wah-Wah has stood the test of time and has served generations of guitarists of every style. The sound is unmistakable, and frankly, has never been duplicated. There is but one control, the pedal itself - that is all you need to add this classic sound to your own. Mash the pedal down and the effect kicks in. Mash it again and you've engaged the bypass and your pure signal passes through.

Power the CRYBABY with a 9-volt battery or optional adapter.

The Original Wah
The CRYBABY has been a standard in the world of music since its introduction in the late 1960's. Its rugged construction and efficient design have graced the foot of Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, David Gilmour, and many other guitar greats.

Wah Versatility
By rocking your foot back and forth on the pedal, you can change the effect that the CRYBABY has on the tone of your instrument instantaneously. Toe down will give you more treble, heel down will give you more bass. The speed and amount of effect you use depends on your style of playing.

When placing the pedal in one position, you will hear a boost in that particular frequency. This boost can be used to add sustain and create feedback of a desired overtone.

Solid Construction
The CRYBABY features a heavy, die-cast construction, for a road-ready wah pedal that'll provide years of reliability.

Hot Potz Potentiometer
The original CRYBABY boasts a 100K ohm Hot Potz potentiometer, built to last and providing you with a quick, abrupt wah sound.

Powering Options
Power the CRYBABY with a 9-volt battery, or grab an optional Dunlop ECB-003 AC Adapter for powering via outlet.

One-Year Warranty
Dunlop provides extra peace of mind by offering a one-year warranty from date of purchase.

4 out of 5 stars Thouroughly unimpressed.   June 10, 2010
Joshua Cuellar (Texas)
It is a good pedal, but it just doesn't have the sound I was looking for. It is great for playing funk music, but for us metal heads, the wah is just too weak. For metal artists, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I am going to look into getting an Ibanez Weeping Demon, or a Morley, or whatever it is Behringer is limping to the barn with these days.

4 out of 5 stars GREAT TONE, but moody switch!   May 9, 2010
aspiring saint (in the moment zone)
MY experience with crybaby is it has a great tone. More overbearing than the Vox or cleaner wahs. BUT I know several people who have had problems with the switch, and I have watched countless others stomping on their crybaby in futile attempts to engage or disengage the pedal.
I actually use a BBE and Vox since this frustration with my 1st wah. But I am not sure that I am giving up tone in exchange for the headache avoidance! I kinda think I am. The VOX and BBE seem to have a brighter sound which is less "wah-ed" if you will. It could be accentuated by me playing a Strat instead of the Les Paul Custom/Boogie combination I used with the crybaby.

3 out of 5 stars Okay product, but untimely shipping!   May 7, 2010

The Dunlop Crybaby is a good product, but my experience with buying this for my grandson has left me wondering whether I will ever order from Amazon.com again! It was ordeered on April 5th, and supposed to arrive by no later than April 14th. One Nation Electronics did not ship it out from California until April 14th, then UPS turned the whole shipping process into a nightmare. It finally arrived on April 20. I will never use UPS for shipping again!

5 out of 5 stars Love this pedal!   February 7, 2010

I love this pedal! The sounds that come from it are insane. Very quite, easy to use and affordable. If you like the Hendrix, Clapton, or Gilmour sounds, this is the pedal you want.

5 out of 5 stars awesome   February 2, 2010

My 16 year old son had a crybaby before that was old and needed replacing. He says the new one is perfect...again. Great product
